As is my habit, I’ve bitten off more than I can chew.
My business is thriving. My new baby consumes more time (and produces more joy) than I would have thought possible. Something has to give. And I’m afraid it must be this blog.
I’ve decided to close WindFarmNews.
I’m not the only wind-farm blogger to exit this game in recent weeks. Wind Farmer’s Almanac has closed his site. And Windbiz has been idle for months.
But the vacuum in coverage that existed when I began this site on a lark a few months ago has been filled by dozens of new information sources, most of which can be found at Hugg. Although I will miss working on this site, I’m sure that my absence will have little effect on an industry as vibrant and ever-changing as wind farming.
